IMPORTANT: Your mobile phone will be used for entry into the parking lot and tournament grounds. You will have separate barcodes for your tickets and parking. The barcodes will not display on a computer desktop and mobile screenshots won't get you in. If you are having any issues with adding tickets to your “Apple Wallet” or “Google Pay” please make sure your phone is set to “Landscape Mode” Please Note: Tickets will not be available on The Ticketmaster APP unless you purchase directly from ticketmaster.com
FAQ's
To view your ticket barcode log into https://am.ticketmaster.com/arnoldpalmer/#/ for Account Manager buyers or https://www.ticketmaster.com/ for Ticketmaster buyers on your mobile device and sign in using the credentials you used to secure tickets. Once logged in on your mobile device, navigate to your ticket and select it.
We recommend adding the tickets to your mobile wallet. The email address you enter at purchase is the same email address you need to use to access your mobile tickets. All ticket purchasers received a confirmation email when they purchased their tickets. This email has a link to access their mobile tickets.

Complimentary Junior Tickets Courtesy of Primrose Schools
In Partnership with Primrose Schools, API offers all children 15 and under free grounds access with an accompanying ticketed adult.
For all other ticket offerings, including hospitality, children 5 and under may accompany a ticketed adult into those areas.
In partnership with the PGA TOUR's Birdies for the Brave military outreach initiative, complimentary grounds tickets are available for all United States active duty and military retirees, plus one guest. Tickets are day specific and limited to two per day.
Discounted tickets are also available for U.S. non-retired veterans, plus one guest. For entry, everyone must have a ticket including guests.

If you purchase from a 3rd party reseller (anything other than Ticketmaster), make sure you get a confirmation email and access your tickets PRIOR to arriving on site. This will ensure they have delivered your tickets correctly. The Ticket Office on-site may not be able to help if you purchased through a third party reseller.
